MTCW collects information through our web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: names and e-mail addresses.

MTCW does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect this information through mailing list subscriptions, contact us form submissions, discussion forum registrations, and site visitor-tracking. Our mailing list collects optional names, and e-mail addresses. The Contact Us form collects names, e-mail addresses, optional phone numbers, and questions/comments. Discussion forum registrations collect usernames, e-mail addresses, and numerous other infrequently-provided types of information (e.g., instant messenger handles). The information is collected voluntarily. The site visitor-tracking mechanism collects the following information with each visit to a page on the MTCW web site: page visited, date/time, referring site (web page user came from, e.g., Google), IP address, server name, browser, and operating system.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II. Information Usage
The information collected by MTCW will be used for sending mailings to our subscribable mailing list and to respond to Contact Us inquiries.

Registered users may receive additional announcements from us about additions to the MTCW web site. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

We will not share data with any third parties.

We offer links to other web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Our web site offers discussion forums, and published letters. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by changing this Privacy Policy page and posting a notice on the opening page of the site stating that the policy was changed and the date it was changed.

Part III. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact MTCW via the Contact Us form. That page provides a form which, when submitted, allows visitors to contact MTCW by e-mail. Part IV. Data Storage and Security MTCW protects user information via using a web server equipped with a firewall and numerous other security measures.
